On Monday, April 7th, 2025, our half-day conference brought together nonprofit leaders, technologists, legal experts, and scholars to explore how artificial intelligence is shaping the nonprofit sector.
Through panels and presentations, speakers examined the innovative uses of AI in service delivery and advocacy, along with the complex legal and ethical questions it raises. The program included discussions on nonprofit applications of AI, emerging regulations, and equity considerations in AI development and deployment. The event concluded with a lunchtime presentation on OpenAI’s nonprofit origins, offering a case study in mission-driven innovation.
